Software Resources and Support
The IT Help Desk provides assistance for centrally-supported software. Support for other software titles or older versions of the listed titles is limited or unavailable. For assistance with specialized academic software, contact your instructor.
Special Notes: The Division of IT is currently evaluating Windows 7 for deployment to the computing site and training labs in spring 2010.
We can support some applications more effectively through training. Supplementing support with training enables us to offer more software products than we can realistically support from the IT Help Desk alone. We have noted these applications below.
