Telephone FeaturesThe Division of IT offers MU departments the choice of a Single-Line, Business Set, or Caller ID telephone. Telephone lines are installed with a standard group of features which include the following: call transfer, ring again, hold, call park, directed call pick-up, last number redial, call forward and six-way conference. Additionally, business sets and single line caller ID telephones have the caller ID feature on the line.FeesRequests affecting 20 or fewer telephone numbers will incur a $15 charge; requests affecting 21 or more telephone numbers will incur prevailing hourly rates.AvailabilityIf you require any additional features on your telephone line, an authorized signer must submit a request using the MyServices application.Single-Line Phone
