Support

All IT Training courses are available to faculty, staff and students. Courses are free if you attend, but if you cancel within 48 hours of the start of the course, or if you don't show up for the class session, you will be charged a fee.

Attendance Guidelines

  • When attending a course, please arrive on time.
  • If you are unable to attend a course, please use the online course registration system to cancel your registration in advance. To avoid cancellation fees, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the start of the course.
  • Most courses are held either in room 4D11 East Ellis Library or room N3 of the Memorial Union.
  • Unable to attend a class? Manuals and exercise files for all courses are available for download.
  • All classes except MS Access, MS Outlook, SAS and SPSS are available on both PC and Macintosh. If you wish to use a Mac, please inform the instructor when you arrive for the class.
